Quality Warranty and After-sale Service Policy
Goodtouch only approves the below guarantee and service unless there are other formal files for application, otherwise, the extra guarantee and service will be considered as unauthorized by Goodtouch company.
General
Goodtouch company complies with national laws, and offers free returned within 7 days, free exchange within one month, free warranty within 1 year or more. Goodtouch company offers the below services based on different product series .

Remark:
1.Customers can obtain a longer warranty period by paying.
2.Quality guarantee does not include appearance damage.
3.Guarantee date is subjected to the delivery date from Goodtouch company.
5. During the warranty period, the shipment fee paid by half.
6. Out of the warranty period, we will charge the material and working-hours fee.
I. Replace Policy
1. Inspection Period:
After getting the products within 5 days from Goodtouch, the users can inspect the product appearance, hardware and software function. If there are no any problem, the product is considered as qualified.
2. Scope:
2-1. Products were broken down during transportation.
2-2. Products were broken during installation according to Goodtouch manual.
2-3. Other defective which Goodtouch can confirm.
3. Requirements:
3-1. Supply the details of the problem and reason, including usage environment.
3-2. Have product original packaging for return back it.
4. Goodtouch will refuse replacing based on below situation:
4-1. artificial damage.
4-2. Product label is not complete, or can not recognize the model number or Series Number.
4-3. Parts are not complete, the parts have been destroyed.
Ⅱ. Free warranty policy
1. Scope: products cannot work normally without any artificial damage, not including appearance damage.
2. Requirement:
2-1. Product label is complete, can clearly identify the MODEL and SN.
2-2. Provide the detailed file of problem statement.
2-3. Within the promised warranty period.
2-4. The product usage didn’t exceeds the design scope.
2-5. There are no abnormal storage or bad working environment
2-6. There are no artificial damage.
3. Charges:
3-1. Except for shipping cost, all service is free.
4. Other:
After the warranty period, we can still provide repair services, but will charges a certain material and labor cost.
Special Notice
1. Under the free exchange and repair, we has ownership of the defective parts.
2. Users should do a backup job for those important data, we have no responsibility to compensate the lost of missed date.
3. During the repair services period, we will positively negotiate with you to find solution if there are any beyond human control problems cause we cannot implement our repair promise.
